Born on February 8, 1966 in Sibiu, Romania. After graduating from Max-Planck Highschool in Munich, medecine studies at the University of Giessen from 1987 to 1993. Surgery training in Altzenau, then change to the Urological Klinik of Worms in summer of 1995.
Mr. Blotiu was awarded the doctorate (MD) at the Bavarian Julius-Maximilians University in Würzburg. Since January 2001 Urological Practice in Friedrichsdorf.
